Mactech Consultants is looking to recruit an experienced Data Analyst to work on some of the most exciting projects they are currently executing. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding and documenting customer requirements, representing the customer throughout the software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities and Accountability:

• Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decision-making processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Utilize prompt engineering and generative AI techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Prepare comprehensive documentation and present findings to management and clients.
• Work closely with the software development team to ensure customer requirements are accurately implemented.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytical tasks.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in data analysis and data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and generative AI technologies.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
